Special Abilities
Immunities Magical sleep spells, stunning, paralysis, poison, flanking, electricity, or critical targeted wounds (as he has no real vitals.) Also he no longer has the need to eat, drink or sleep, and no longer ages as men do.
Vulnerabilities Takes double damage from the Earth element, Acid.
Flight Perfect maneuverability, able to move one hundred feet and still cast. Four hundred and fifty if he all out moves and does nothing else in that round.
Darkvision Able to see perfectly out to sixty feet in the blackest of nights.
Whirlwind Able to transform himself into a cyclone ten feet at the base, thirty feet high for twenty rounds.
Elemental and Evocational Focus Any spells he casts that are elemental or evocation are his specialties, harder to resist, and deal far more devastating effects.
Feats
Mastery of Elements The ability to change any elemental energy into another.
Mastery of Shaping The ability to shape any of his spells to include or avoid allies or objects. Even massive effect area spells can be shaped as he sees fit.
Arcane Fire He may substitute half of the damage on any elemental spell to be pure magical force damage.
Channel Spell He is able to store any spell he knows into his weapon if cast ahead of time.
Repeat Spell He can repeat the same spell he just cast in the next round.
Empower Nearly doubles the potential of any spell.
Chain One main target is hit with full damage, up to twenty-five others take half damage if they are stupid enough to stand within thirty feet of each other.
Twin Can send two of the same spell after someone in the same round.
Maximize Cast a spell at its fullest damage potential.
Intensify Cast a spell at twice its fullest damage potential.

Rabe's retributive rotation Forms a cyclone that sweeps people off their feet in a tight whirling grapple, binding them with the force of wind while riddling them with lightning. Impossible to cast within for shrapnel, spinning, and shocking.
Rabe's revelation A combination of Divination and Evocation, all items, objects and beings that are invisible are outlined in a dusting of static that remains, revealing their location as well as inflicting minor electricity damage. Covers a large area and remains for some time.
